Approach & Learning Profile

Personalised from the very first step.

Every student begins with a Learning Profile: a practical picture of strengths, learning goals and areas for growth that guides a genuinely individual plan.

01

1. Understand the learner

A first conversation gathers the family’s perspective, the student’s goals and relevant school context. Early learning activities help reveal both secure understanding and the places where support will have the greatest effect.

02

2. Shape a personal plan

The Learning Profile becomes a working document for deciding lesson priorities, choosing effective approaches and balancing immediate school demands with longer-term development.

03

3. Learn actively

Students are asked to explain, compare, predict, test and reflect. This interactive approach makes misconceptions visible and builds the reasoning needed for independent success.

04

4. Keep progress visible

After every session, parents receive a short written summary covering topics, progress, recommended practice, upcoming priorities and the focus for the next lesson.
