Learning coaching is charged at the corresponding school-level rate. The initial conversation is free, and the appropriate rate, lesson focus and practical arrangements are confirmed clearly in advance.
Where do lessons take place?
Lessons are conducted online unless another arrangement is agreed. This provides continuity for families in Dresden and makes support available wherever the student is based.
How often do students attend?
At least one lesson per week is recommended so that learning stays connected and progress remains steady. A different rhythm may be agreed for focused exam preparation or consultation.
What happens after each lesson?
Parents receive a short written summary of what was covered, progress made, suggested practice, relevant upcoming assessments and the next lesson focus.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when a lesson needs to be cancelled or moved. Lessons cancelled with less notice may be charged in full, with fair exceptions for illness or genuine emergencies.
How are invoices paid?
Invoices are issued at the end of each month and are payable within 14 days by bank transfer, PayPal or cash.
